Tinypaw and the Honeytums!

Hello to the very few people who may actually read this blog! I write here more so I can look back on it in 20 years than I do for any people who might want to read it, so I don't update at all often. And when I do it is always about my pets because my pets are the best things in my life.

I have some new videos of Fin and Lark being cute that were taken just last night! They have found the area on top of my fan, between the screen and the glass window a very good place to sleep. Fin and Lark often sleep there when they have their free-range time and get tired. Well, yesterday they were both up there and I offered Fin a paper towel to make a nest out of. She, of course, snatched it very happily and waited for another. I gave her another four or five before she felt like she had to stop and start organizing the towels she already had in the nest. She tried to make it all even so there wouldn't be any annoying bumps that they would have to sleep on. Lark then woke up and realized that she did NOT like what Fin was doing to the nest. So she spent a long time pushing everything that Fin had just pulled in, out. Since Fin was on the other side of the paper towels, she also got pushed out. In the end, Fin one because Lark got up to look around the room some more. Fin curled up in a rat ball -the cutest sleeping position any animal will ever be able to achieve. I didn't get a picture of Fin, but I will put up a picture of a rat sleeping like this from online because you won't understand what I mean unless you see it.

SO CUTE! I could not wake something that cute up, so I just let them spend the night out of the cage. She was still there when I woke up the next morning. Fin has the cutest ways of sleeping. She sleeps on her head in a ball like the rat in the photo. She sleeps on her back so you can see her belly. She sleeps on her side like a dog. The others usually just stick to laying down on their bellies.

They are all getting along pretty well now. I know Fin an Blue find Lark a little annoying as Lark is a hyper baby that doesn't give them much peace. Lark is just trying to play, but she plays too rough so sometimes Blue or Fin get annoyed.

I got the rats a new carrier which is SO much bigger and nicer than the one they were in before. This is a cat carrier and they now have enough room for a hammock, a box, a water bottle, and a food bowl as well as three rats.

Fin is in heat now and Lark is taking advantage of the situation.....

I want to say that my little cousins and John and Ben have a band called The PooPoos. I am making a Youtube account for them and they would be THRILLED if you liked it or liked/wrote a comment for them or on the song they already have on my Youtube account. The band members are John and Ben, my brothers and Sadie (age 8) and Siduri (age 6) Wade. Saide and Siduri are loud, crazy, fun, and (currently) slightly obsessed with poops, but they are both really sweet, great cousins. 

I'll write next time something REALLY cute or important happens! Oh, that reminds me, I should probably say that tomorrow my sister, Anna, is off to a five-day soccer camp. She is so happy about that, but for some reason, she is being really snappy. She is growing up to be the clasic teen....
